Fished this afternoon with Bill. He can tell you the details. I'm still lost on the lake. Did catch some fish. Tried to show his electronics - it was pretty cool to watch.

That is pretty cool. Looking forward to being back down in the spring. Why were we not able to see your line as a long perpendicular line?

Number of downloads: 67I think we had maybe 18 to 20 whites and about half dozen small K's in 2.5 hrs. on the water. Coy got us started. These fish have very much pulled off the flat tops and have made it much harder to find and catch. They are still there in some locations, but have gotten very finiky, I believe due to the extreme cold. Your lines are visible sometime up and down, sometime not at all and sometime sideways, due to the position of the boat. It is almost impossible on windy days to keep them up and down. That is why if you only have 1 transducer, a lot of old timers put in on the stern

We'll get them going again.

What does it show?

There's an "Options" tab at the top left of the first topic post, click that and tell me what view you are using. Should be standard.

What a great video! I loved seeing the screen shots! I have got to go out with someone that knows what they are looking at on one. Thanks alot for the time and effort you guys put in to this forum. By the way, what kind of camera are you using? The video is really clear and nice. Is it something fancy or is it just one of those cheap, "you tube", flip cameras. Id love to take something like that out when I go. Thanks guys and keep em coming!

It's a flip camera. Simple to use.

It's got to be something to do with your browser... I added a link to the video at the bottom of the window.

Here it is - http://www.youtube.c...h?v=nMt5keZxctg

Great camera work Phil, and awesome explanations Bill. These videos are so GREAT! I love seeing the graph in action and an explanation of what's going on. I could watch these all afternoon! (when I can't be on the water ;) )

You guys have really outdone yourselves. I'd love to see more of these if possible? :)

Weather straightens out and we'll do more. We've already talked about it.

With as many people who love your videos, I could see a great advertising venue for both of you!

White River Lodge and Lilley's Landing present "Fishin with Babler".

Post at least 1 new fishing video per week on your website.
I doubt that your daily clients would mind having a 3rd guy in the boat, if they can see themselves fishing on a video.

You might even get some other local advertisers to kick in?

Others could fish vicariously through you on the videos. Some might even be willing to pay a modest annual or monthly subscription fee to see the "how to's" and "tips from the experts".

I know a guy who could set it up for you, or you could probably do it yourself?

What!?!? Your windchill of 11 degrees is not condusive to a pleasant day on the water? (I crack me up! :P )
-
If it makes it feel any warmer to some of you, our windchill here in St.Louis is 3 degrees right now. :D
-
I like gitnby's idea:

I'd sure be willing to give to that cause. I feel guilty at times with all the great info (and entertainment) I get from OAF...........for free! :D
